ANALISIS PERENCANAAN LUAS PRODUKSI KERIPIK SINGKONG PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (UKM) HIDAYAH DAN MAI ONA DI KOTA ATAMBUA

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the right total production planning, at the Hidayah and Mai Ona SMBs in West Atambua District, Belu Regency. The results showed that the predicted sales size of 100 gram cassava chips of Hidayah SMBs, it can be calculated that the number of products that must be produced by Mai Ona SMBs in 2021-2022 is 1.322.578 units in 2021 and 1.372.128 units in 2022. Based on the prediction of sales of 500 gram cassava chips from Hidayah SMBs in 2021 was 56.550 units, and in 2022 there would be 60.580 units. Based on BEP's calculations for 2020, the Mai Ona SMBs must sellcassava chips 1.077.590 packs of, in order to produce IDR 357.760.000 or reach the break-even point, which is the point where you have not made a profit but have not lost, and based on BEP calculations in 2020, It can be calculated that Hidayah SMBs has to sellcassava chips 11.363 unit packs ofor earn IDR 56.815.000 to break even, which is the point where you have not made a profit but no loss. Based on the research results, the Hidayah and Mai Ona SMBs need to make a production plan or the amount of production to be produced accurately, in order to generate maximum profit. SMBs Hiadayah and Mai Ona need to forecast future demand levels, so that the results of these forecasts can be used as the basis for future production activities by the company.
