PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK PAVING DI PT. SINAR BANGUN MANDIRI DI KOTA KUPANG

Abstract

The purpose of this research method is to analyze the quality control of Paving products using Pareto and Fishbone diagrams. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical method used in this study is pareto and fishbone diagrams, the nex step is to find the factors that cause damage to a product and then compiled in a proposed improvement. The results of this studyindicate that quality control of paving products at PT. Sinar Bangun Mandiri is still there that has not been controlled. Whit an average defect in June 2021, there are two types of defects, namely cracks and sloping as many as 206 paving pieces of 6,8%. From the results of the research, the factors that cause this disability are human factors and work methods.
