Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kelubagolit Teacher Credit Cooperative. The problem in this study is, How is the work motivation and performance of the Kelubagolit Guru Credit Cooperative employees?, Does work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Kelubagolit Teacher Credit Cooperative employees?, and a major influence on work motivation. Performance Employees of the Kelubagolit Guru Credit Cooperative? This research is an explanatory research that will help provide an explanation of the causal relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable based on two types of data, namely secondary data and primary data. Data was collected by using questionnaires, interviews, documentation studies and observations. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of motivation on employee performance on the employees of the teacher credit cooperative kelubagolit, to analyze the data used descriptive statistical analysis techniques, simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the work motivation felt by the employees of the Kelubagolit Guru Credit Cooperative, which consists of 5 indicators, namely Physiological Needs, Security Needs, Social Needs, and Self-Actualization Needs which have a positive influence on Employee Performance of the Kelubagolit Guru Credit Cooperative which is proven by the value of tcount > ttable which is 7.778>1.673 which means that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of the Kelubagolit Guru Credit Cooperative employees and the dependent variable of employee performance (Y) can be explained by the independent variable work motivation of 51.9%, while the rest 48.1% is a contribution from other variables not discussed in this study. Thus, the Kelubaolit Teacher Credit Cooperative needs to maintain employee performance by providing work motivation that will continue to be better. So that the goals of the Cooperative will be achieved to the maximum.
