Efek Suplementasi Premix Dalam Pakan Konsentrat Yang Terkandung Isi Rumen Fermentasi Pada Konsumsi Dan Kecernaan Betn Serta Energi Bali Bakalan
The Effect of Premix Supplementation in Concentrate Feed Containing Rumen Fermentation Content on Feed Intake, Nutrient Digestibility, and EnergyBali Calves
Abstract
The study aimed to examine the effect of premix supplementation in concentrate feed containing fermented rumen contents on the consumption and digestibility of BETN and the energy of Bali cattle feeders. This study used 4 male Bali cattle aged 1-1.5 years with a body weight range of 69-74 kg with an average of 72.87 kg. The study method was an experimental method, using a Latin Square Design (RBSL) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. treatment: P0: Complete feed 70% lantoro + 30% concentrate without premix (Control), P1: Complete feed 70% lontoro + 30% concentrate + 0.5% premix, P2: Complete feed 70% lontoro + 30% concentrate + 1.0% premix, P3: Complete feed 70% lontoro + 30% concentrate + 1.5% premix. The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis of variance (ANOVA). According to the study results, BETN consumption (g/e/h) P0; 994.84, P1; 1018.21, P2; 1057.98, P3; 1065.51, energy consumption (kcal/e/h) P0; 8597.33, P1; 8799.27, P2; 9142.96, P3; 9208.09, BETN digestibility (%) P0; 75.24, P1; 77.53, P2; 78.58, P3; 78.99, energy digestibility (%) P0; 73.27, P1; 75.01, P2; 77.17, P3; 77.11. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the treatment had no significant effect (p>0.05) on BETN and energy consumption, but had a significant effect (p<0.05) on BETN and energy digestibility in Balinese cattle. The conclusion of this study is that premix supplementation with levels of 0.50%, 1.00%, 1.50% in complete feed based on fermented rumen contents provides the same effect between treatments on BETN and energy consumption, but has an effect on increasing BETN and energy digestibility.
Data yang didapat dianalisis mempergunakan Analisis of variance (ANOVA).
