Abstract

ABSTRACT

The aim of this research is to determine the role of agents of change as providers of solutions and helpers in the change process in the community of Hamlet 003 Saijaob, Kiuoni Village, Kupang Regency. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research location is Hamlet 003 Saijaob, Kiuoni Village, Kupang Regency. The subjects in this research were student agents of change, teaching staff and the community of Hamlet 003 Saijaob. Data collection uses interview techniques and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation used to explain the validity of the data is source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research results show that the role played by change agents is not only as a solution provider and helper in the change process but there are other roles discovered by researchers. The roles played by change agents are as a catalyst, as a solution provider, as a linker, as a solution provider and as an assistant in the change process. This role has had a positive impact on the people of Hamlet 003 Saijaob
