Abstract

Preeklamsi disebabkan hipoperfusi plasenta, pelepasan sitokin dan disfungsi endotel sebagai respons inflamasi. Neutrofil/Limfosit Ratio (NLR) dan Platelet/ Limfosit Ratio (PLR) merupakan petanda inflamasi sistemik pada berbagai penyakit inflamasi. Membandingkan NLR dan PLR sebagai petanda inflamasi pada kehamilan normal, Preeklamsia Ringan (PER) dan Preeklamsia Berat (PEB). Penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan belah lintang terhadap 102 pasien kehamilan di RSUP dr. Kariadi yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok (normal, PER, PEB). Neutrofil dan limfosit dihitung dengan hitung jenis nilai absolut trombosit berdasarkan hematology analizer. Analisis data menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis dilanjutkan uji post hoc Mann-Whitney. Median NLR pada kehamilan normal ialah 4,15(1,34;5,86) pada PER 5,56 (1,78;8,5) dan PEB 10,98 (5,57;18,8) terdapat perbedaan NLR kehamilan normal dengan PEB dan PER dengan PEB. Median PLR pada kehamilan normal 151,44 (92,34;381,54) PER 134,72 (30,84;491,38) dan PEB 153,35 (26,34;441,14) tidak terdapat perbedaan PLR pada kehamilan normal dan PER (p=0,359) kehamilan normal dan PEB (p=0,965)  PER dan PEB(p=0,535). Terdapat perbedaan NLR antara kehamilan normal dengan PEB dan  PER dengan PEB,  tidak terdapat perbedaan PLR antara ketiganya
