Author Guidelines

  1. Articles published in the CMJ include the results of research in the field of medicine. Manuscripts are typed with Microsoft Word program, Times New Roman font, size 12 pts, double spaced, and submitted in soft-copy form. Manuscripts can also be submitted as e-mail attachments to: cmj@undana.ac.id
  2. Articles are written in Indonesian. The systematics of the research articles are the title; Writer's name; abstract with keywords; introduction, method, results and discussion, conclusion and bibliography.
  3. Article title in Indonesian. The title is printed in capital letters in the middle, with a font size of 14 dots.
  4. The name of the author of the article is listed without an academic degree. The primary author must be a correspondence or e-mail address.
  5. Abstract and keywords written in two languages ​​(Indonesian and English). The maximum length of each abstract is 150 words, while the number of keywords is 3-5 words or a combination of words. Minimal abstract containing the title of the article, objectives, methods and research results.
  6. The introduction section contains the background, research context, results of literature review, and research. The entire introduction is presented with a length of 15-20% of the total length of the article.
  7. The method section contains an explanation of the research design, data sources, data collection, and data analysis with a length of 10-15% of the total articles.
  8. The research results section contains exposure to research results and answers to research questions. In the discussion section, research results are discussed by comparing theories and/or similar research results. The length of exposure to research results and discussion is 40-60% of the total length of the article.
  9. The conclusion section is presented in the form of a paragraph in the form of a summary of the results of the discussion.
  10. The reference list uses the bracketed reference technique (last name, year). Reference sources at least 80% in the form of libraries published in the last 10 years. Inclusion of sources in direct quotations is accompanied by a description of the page number where the quotation is.
