Pengaruh Imbangan Lamtoro dan Silase Jerami Jagung Sebagai Pakan Komplit terhadap Kadar Kolesterol, Trigliserida dan Hemoglobin Darah Ternak Kambing Lokal Jantan

Effect of Balancing Leucaena lauchepala and Corn Straw Silge as Complete Feed on Cholesterol, Triglyceride, and Blood Hemoglobin Levels of Local Male Goats

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of complete feeding based on leucaena leuchepala  leaves and corn straw silage with  Zn biocomplex addition on cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood hemoglobin levels of local males goats. This study used 4 males bean goat aged 6-8 months with a weight range of 19.1 – 21.77 kg with an average of  20.69kg. This study used a Latin Longitude Design (RBSL) consisting of 4 treatments and 4 periodes. Which consists of P0: Leucaena leuchepala 100% (control); P1: Leucaena leuchepala  70% +  20% corn straw silage + 10% concentrate; P2: Leucaena leuchepala  60% + 30% corn straw silage + 10% Concentrate; P3: Leucaena leuchepala  50% + 40% corn straw silage + 10% Concentrate. The results of this study showed that blood cholesterol (mg / dl), P0: 189.11±3.81, P1: 195.79±4.05, P2: 196.51±12.51, P3: 195.94±5.84. Triglycerides (mg/dl), P0:73.29±3.36, P1:75,23±4.32, P2: 75.44±3.69, P3: 74.75±3.43. Hemoglobin (g/dl), P0: 10.39±0.13, P1:10.53±0.45, P2: 11.22±0.34, P3: 10.92±0.22, the results of statistical analysis showed that the effect was not real (P>0.05) on blood cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood hemoglobin levels. The conclusion of this study is that the provision of complete feeding based on leucaena leuchepala  leaves and corn straw silage with Zn biocomplex additives with different levels has the same influence between treatments of blood cholesterol, triglycerides, and hemoglobin in local male goats.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh imbangan lamtoro dan silase jagung sebagai pakan komplit terhadap dengan penambahan biokompleks Zn terhadap kadar kolesterol, trigliserida, dan hemoglobin darah kambing lokal jantan. Penelitian ini mengunakan 4 ekor kambing kacang jantan berumur 6-8 bulan dengan kisaran berat badan 19,1 – 21,77kg, rataan berat badan 20,69kg. Penelitian ini mengunakan Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan  4 ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut adalah  P0: Lamtoro 100% (kontrol); P1: Lamtoro 70%+ Silase jerami jagung 20% + Konsentrat 10% ; P2: Lamtoro 60% + Silase jerami jagung 30% + Konsentrat  10%; P3: Lamtoro 50% + Silase jerami jagung  40% + Konsentrat 10%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kolestrol darah (mg/dl), P0: 189,11±3,81, P1: 195,79±4,05, P2: 196,51±12,51, P3: 195,94±5,84. Trigliserida (mg/dl), P0:73,29±3,36, P1:75,23±4,32, P2: 75,44±3,69, P3: 74,75±3,43. Hemoglobin (g/dl), P0: 10,39±0,13, P1:10,53±0,45, P2: 11,22±0,34, P3: 10,92±0,22. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kadar kolestrol, trigliserida, dan hemoglobin darah ternak kambing kacang jantan. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ransum komplit dengan imbangan lamtoro dengan silase Jerami jagung  memberikan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda diantara perlakuan terhadapkadar  kolestrol, trigliserida, dan hemoglobin darah pada ternak kambing kacang jantan.
