PENGARUH SARI WORTEL DENGAN LEVEL YANG BERBEDA PADA PENGENCER SITRAT KUNING TELUR TERHADAP MOTILITAS, VIABILITAS, DERAJAT KEASAMAN SPERMATOZOA BABI LANDRACE
Abstract
A research was carried out to know the carrot influence cider different, as a source of antioksidant in citric thinner egg yolks against motility, viability and degrees acidity ( ph ) spermatozoa pigs and landrace, consisting of 5 treatment and 4 the test is as follows; P0 citric = 80 % + 20 % egg yolks, P1= citric egg yolks 99 % + 1.00 % cider carrot, P2= citric egg yolks 98 % + 2.00 % cider carrot, P3= citric egg yolks 97 % + 3.00 % cider carrot P4 = citric egg yolks 96 % + 4.00 % cider carrot. This research using random design complete (RDC), who analyzed by Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by test duncan on the SPSS 13.0 version. The result showed that motility, viability and pH spermatozoa after dilution markedly dissimilar (P>0,05) between treatment.To motility viability best and treatment on p1. Treatment is capable of sustaining to observation to 28 hours worth motility 43,75 ± 2,50 %, viability 45,17 ± 5,21 %. On the parameter best ph treatment on P0 where until observation to 28 pH is 7,13 ± 0,13%.
ABSTRAK
Suatu penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh level sari wortel yang berbeda, sebagai sumber antioksidan dalam pengencer sitrat kuning telur terhadap motilitas, viabilitas, dan derajat keasaman (pH) spermatozoa babi peranakan landrace, yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan tersebut adalah Sebagai berikut; P0 = sitrat 80 % + 20 % kuning telur, P1 = sitrat kuning telur 99 % + 1.00 % sari wortel, P2 = sitrat kuning telur 98 %+ 2.00 % sari wortel, P3 = sitrat kuning telur 97 % + 3.00 % sari wortel P4 = sitrat kuning telur 96 % + 4.00 % sari wortel. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), yang dianalisis dengan Analysis of variance (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan menggunakan program SPSS versi 13.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motilitas, viabilitas dan pH spermatozoa setelah pengenceran berbeda nyata (P>0,05) antar perlakuan. Untuk motilitas dan viabilitas perlakuan terbaik pada P1. Perlakuan ini mampu mempertahankan sampai jam pengamatan ke-28 dengan nilai motilitas 43,75±2,50%, viabilitas 45,17±5,21%. Pada parameter pH perlakuan terbaik pada P0 dimana sampai jam pengamatan ke-28 pHnya adalah 7,13±0,13.
