Abstract

UPT Computer Center becomes UPT Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as one of the essential assets of Nusa Cendana University. UPT ICT has functioned quite well, but improvements need to be made in addition to providing more complete services and facilities. The building facilities need to be improved regarding the placement of electronic utilities and building ventilation. By applying the High-tech Architecture approach as a representation of Information and Communication Technology by prioritizing the function of a simple form and applying the principle of Inside Out Celebration of Process: Transparent, coating, and movement, namely a transparent building using glass as the building skin. Brightly and prevalently color, namely the selection of striking colors for utility and transportation systems. Optimistic in scientific culture, namely using Stopsol Glass material that can filter heat and a compact ventilation system. Flexible Space is rooms without partitions that can be used for multiple functions simultaneously. The result of this design is more adequate UPT ICT facilities, with differentiation of utility systems using different colors according to the principle of Celebration of Process: Brightly and prevalently color. Areas for the lobby, cafeteria, IT service, and WiFi area do not use partitions according to the Flexible Space principle.
