Perancangan Pusat Bisnis Universitas Nusa Cendana

Abstract

University of Nusa Cendana (UNDANA) is one of the State Universities that officially has the status of a Public Service Agency (BLU). According to Government Indonesian Republic Regulation number 23 in 2005 concerning BLU financial management, as providing public general services and flexibility for UNDANA in the finances manage as the achievement. Based on that, UNDANA needs to find the alternatives funding, include to practice conducting business in service and commerce also to leasing buildings and lodging. Intending to accommodate and fulfill the needs of UNDANA, it is necessary to design UNDANA business centre. The form of the building is slim and elongated as the answer to building shape in green architecture. The green architecture is applied by using solar panels, breathing walls, green walls, skylights, windows with special treatment, also by using used paint buckets and used drums. The result of the design is the facilities of a shopping centre, guest house, public space such as open space areas, entrances, parking lots, and bus stops.
