Sejalan dengan pengembangan kawasan Kabupaten TTS, maka perlu untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan jaringan jalan yang tersedia agar dapat digunakan secara maksimal dalam mendukung pengembangan wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui  potensi sumber daya alam yang menjadi sektor basis dan kondisi jaringan jalan di kawasan Kabupaten TTS dan mengetahui strategi pengembangan jaringan transportasi darat untuk menunjang distribusi hasil produksi pada kawasan Kabupaten TTS. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Metode Location Quotient (LQ) dan Metode Analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis LQ matriks potensi wilayah  pada 3 Kecamatan di TTS yang menjadi sektor basis menurut jenis tanaman Pangan, Perkebunan, dan Peternakan yang memiliki jumlah potensi terbanyak terdapat pada Kecamatan Mollo Selatan yakni meliputi 10 jenis subsektor potensi sumber daya alam. Dilihat dari Kondisi Jaringan jalan Pada tiga Kecamatan di Kabupaten TTS masih terdapat banyak jaringan jalan yang mengalami rusak berat. Berdasarkan hasil matriks analisis SWOT pengembangan jaringan transportasi darat di Kabupaten TTS berada pada strategi SO (Streght-Opportunity) dengan menggunakan kekuatan dan memanfaatkan peluang).

Abstract

In line with the development of the TTS Regency area, it is necessary to maximize the utilization of the available road network so that it can be used optimally in supporting regional development. This study aims to determine the potential of natural resources that are the base sector and the condition of the road network in the TTS Regency area and to determine the strategy for developing a land transportation network to support the distribution of production results in the TTS Regency area. This study was analyzed using the Location Quotient (LQ) Method and the SWOT Analysis Method. Based on the results of the LQ analysis of the regional potential matrix in 3 Districts in TTS which are the base sector according to the type of Food crops, Plantations, and Livestock which have the largest number of potentials are in the Mollo Selatan District, which includes 10 types of natural resource potential subsectors. Judging from the condition of the road network in the three Districts in TTS Regency, there are still many road networks that are severely damaged. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis matrix, the development of the land transportation network in TTS Regency is in the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy by using strengths and taking advantage of opportunities).
