Vol 1 No 1 (2015)This is the first edition of this journal that is started with an article about corporate governance in small business enterprises in Uzbekistan. The next articles on Tourism Management that are analysis of micro impacts of tourism in East Nusa Tenggara Province, effect of Word of Mouth (WOM) on tourist decisions in traditional villages and design of ecotourism destinations based on local wisdom. Another topic discusses a communication in organizations, in Cuba context. There is also an article with the theme of Human Resources, such as transformation of human resources and organizations in facing business competition, and the effect of leadership effectiveness and employee performance on sales. The topic of finance also complements this journal, discussing the analysis of the effect of credit, operational expenses and non-performing loans on capital.
