Jurnal Communio is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by Universitas Nusa Cendana (UNDANA), Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly discourse and disseminating high-quality research in the field of communication and related interdisciplinary areas. Jurnal Communio is published with ISSN 2252-4592 (print) and ISSN 2745-5769 (online), and is indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
Jurnal Communio has been accredited at SINTA Rank 3 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree (SK) No. 152/E/KPT/2023, dated 25 September 2023. The accreditation is effective from Volume 12, Issue 1 (2023) through Volume 16, Issue 2 (2027).
As an international journal, Jurnal Communio welcomes scholarly contributions from researchers, academics, practitioners, and communication scholars from Indonesia and other countries. The journal aims to develop and disseminate diverse scholarly perspectives in communication through original research and evidence-based studies. Its scope includes, but is not limited to, mass communication, public relations, intercultural communication, tourism communication, digital communication, media and communication studies, as well as other topics relevant to the broader field of communication.
Jurnal Communio provides free and immediate online access to all published articles in accordance with its open-access policy. The journal is committed to promoting the dissemination of scholarly knowledge and facilitating wider access to communication research for the international academic community. Printed editions are also available through a reimbursement arrangement.
