The copyright of all articles published in Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS is retained by the author(s).

Authors retain copyright and grant Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS the right of first publication. By submitting and publishing an article in the journal, the authors authorize the journal to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and preserve the published version of the article as part of the journal's scholarly publication activities.

Authors retain the right to use, share, reproduce, and distribute their published work for academic, educational, research, and other lawful purposes, subject to the licensing terms applicable to the published article.

The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright ownership to the publisher. Publication in Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS therefore does not change the ownership of copyright from the authors to the journal, publisher, or institution.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts are original and do not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Where copyrighted materials belonging to other parties are included in a manuscript, the authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and providing appropriate acknowledgement and citation.
