Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS is published regularly three times a year, in April, July, and November, by the Department of Agricultural Socio-Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Nusa Cendana.

Manuscripts are received and processed continuously throughout the year through the journal's editorial and peer-review system. Submission, editorial screening, peer review, revision, and editorial decision are conducted on an ongoing basis and are not limited to the period immediately preceding the publication of an issue.

Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication in an appropriate forthcoming issue based on the completion of the editorial and production processes. Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS is committed to maintaining its stated publication frequency and schedule to ensure the regularity and continuity of scholarly publication.

The journal does not add or insert new articles into an issue that has already been formally published. Any necessary changes to the publication schedule will be communicated transparently through the journal's website.
