Electronic Archiving

Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS is committed to maintaining the availability and continuity of its published scholarly content through an independent electronic archiving system managed by the journal.

At present, the journal does not use an external or third-party digital preservation service. Electronic copies of published issues and articles are archived independently and manually by the journal management as part of its internal preservation procedures.

The journal maintains backup copies of published content and relevant journal files to reduce the risk of data loss and to support continued access to its scholarly record. The archived materials include, where applicable, published article files, issue files, and other essential publication records.

The journal management is responsible for periodically maintaining and verifying these electronic archives. In the event of technical problems affecting the journal website or publishing platform, the internally archived copies may be used to support the restoration and continued availability of published content.

Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS will continue to evaluate appropriate digital preservation mechanisms and may adopt an external archiving or preservation service in the future to strengthen the long-term accessibility and preservation of its scholarly content.
