Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS is owned and managed by the Department of Agricultural Socio-Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Nusa Cendana, Indonesia.

The journal serves as a scholarly publication platform for the dissemination and exchange of research findings, experimental studies, surveys, scholarly opinions, and literature-based studies, particularly in the field of agricultural socio-economics and related areas.

The Department of Agricultural Socio-Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Nusa Cendana, as the journal's owning institution, is responsible for supporting the continuity and sustainability of the journal. The day-to-day scholarly and publication activities of the journal are managed by the Editorial Team of Buletin Ilmiah IMPAS.

The Editorial Team is responsible for managing manuscript submissions, initial editorial screening, peer-review coordination, editorial decisions, copyediting, production, publication, and maintenance of the journal's scholarly content. Editorial decisions are made on the basis of academic quality, relevance, originality, and compliance with the journal's editorial and publication ethics policies.

The journal applies the principle of editorial independence. Decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts are the responsibility of the Editorial Team and are not determined by commercial interests, personal relationships, or other inappropriate external influences.
